You need to learn the basics from an experienced Auctioneer!
By Fred Macias

The reason I purchased a Real Estate Auction franchise in 2006 was to get the experience and training in a turnkey format. Everything was there for me including a brand that had a history and track record that I could pull from and use in my listing presentations. The last thing you want to tell a client is that you have no experience. When you are a member of a company that has been doing successful auctions you can share those experiences with your client to give them the comfort level needed to know that you are backed with an experienced company! Having a mentor on your side to help you overcome the challenges and give you confidence can make a huge difference when going on listing appointments. Get your Auction Mentor by clicking this link

Why should a seller use Auction to sell a property?
By
Thursday, Sep 02, 2010 04:34

This is the 1 Question we get asked by sellers, agents and even buyers. Here are the bullet points.

  • The seller can pick what day the property will sell with the time defined process
    Stands out from the crowd
  • Auctions bring current Market Value
  • Three 2 hour Previews with NO LOCK BOX on the front door
  • Qualified buyers bidding on your property
  • Quick 30 day close
  • Disclose and sell means no back and forth negotiating
  • No Contingencies
  • Attract Serious Buyers
